Is Step-by-Step Taqasim for me?
Q: Is this program right for me?
A: You need to be able to play tunes and rhythmical pieces fairly well and be familiar with several maqams. You should rate yourself as an intermediate player. At the very least, you should have been studying and playing Oud for about 2 years. This is not a bare beginner’s course for learning Oud.
