- Items must be returned within 30 days from delivery date
- Express shipping costs are not refundable
- Keep the original package and use it for return. All products must be returned in the original package and in the same condition you’ve received them.

We ship between 1-3 days from payment confirmation. Delivery time differs from country to country but is usually between 7-30 working days.
DHL Express delivery is available to most countries. Delivery takes about 5-7 business days. Please email support@oudforguitarists.com to add this option. We will send you an invoice for the shipping fee or the total.
